Our Bottle Options and Services

If you need to bottle solid-dose, powders/granules or liquid products, turn to us at Ruspak. Our production line easily handles solid-dose orders up to 200-count bottles, powder/granular fills to 32 ounces and a variety of liquid fills with a maximum of 8 fluid ounces. Production runs of 25M to 500M are an ideal fit. We'll even make it easy for you by supplying all the necessary components, or, if you currently have sources in place, we will work with the components you supply.

Bottle Options

HDPE and PET round bottles are the most common requests that we see, but we also work with oval, square and glass bottles. Let us know if you need unusual bottle shapes or sizes.

Cap Options

The cap can be as important as the bottle itself. Our Capsall capper automatically handles child-resistant and standard screw-on caps. We also apply snap-on caps, pump sprayers and pop-up caps. Our in-line induction sealer will apply your freshness or tamper-evident seal to each bottle. We also have sensors in place to verify that every bottle has a liner. Whether your primary concern is safety, freshness or efficiency, we can respond.

Neck Bands

We regularly fulfill requests for custom-print, standard print or blank bands. We can add easy-opening perforations to any type of band you might need, including full length-ones.

Labels

We can apply roll-stock pressure-sensitive labels for you automatically. Hot-stamping the lot number, expiration date and ink-jet coding onto the label is always available. Our team can also apply a printed shrink-band label to your bottles.

Secondary Packaging

You have enough to do. Let Ruspak finish the bottle project for you. We can carton your bottles in reverse-tuck or glue-close folding cartons, including those with fifth panels. We can deboss or ink-jet code your cartons with lot numbers and expiration dates. Shrink bundling is also available. Our full-service offerings can make your packaging process smoother, easier and more reliable.
